He believes you’re not just creating a hairstyle, you are giving the guest a new image. Tom has plenty of experience, being in the industry for over 37 years. He knows that experience alone is not enough to be a top stylist. Education is the key to keeping yourself on the cutting edge of the beauty industry.

Patty has been passionately a part of the beauty industry for 37+ years and has owned Creative Flair Salon for 27 of those years. Although she has retired from “behind the chair” Patty continues to be an intricate part of education and training the staff on all things hair related.

Nate’s passion for beauty extends past just hair. With 8+ years as a trained makeup artist, Nate brings the whole look to life. He enjoys precision cuts, hair coloring with an emphasis on blondes and custom foiling work! “If you are looking for that next level transformation, I would love to work with you to achieve your desired look!”

Leah graduated from the institute of Beauty & Wellness in 2016. She was putting rollers in her grandpas hair at the age of 6. Fast forward to today, what she loves most about her career is making a positive impact in her clients day. It’s about having them leave happier and in a better mood then when they arrived. She has a real passion for color/ hilighting, women’s short styles, and mens cutting.

Natalie joined the Creative Flair Salon team in 2011 after graduating from WCTC’s Cosmetology Program. Natalie splits her time between Salon Coordinator and working behind the chair. With 11 years of experience behind the chair, Natalie has truly enjoyed the never-ending amount of education. “Keeping up with the trends and techniques has been so much fun. You never really get bored with what you are doing when there is always a new trend popping up!” Natalie enjoys color corrections, all over color transformations as well as foiling services. She loves anything that allows her to create a custom look for each client that sits in her chair!

McKenna loves being part of an industry that allows her to be creative and make people feel really good about themselves. She is driven to give the best services possible to every guest who comes into her chair. Coloring and hair styling are some things that McKenna is very passionate about in the salon, and she strives to improve her skills in every aspect of cosmetology. She can not wait to continue this amazing journey in the style industry doing what she loves!

Lexi graduated from the Aveda Institute of Beauty and Wellness in 2020. She’s always had a passion for the world of beauty and now loves being able to make others feel just as great as they look. Her specialties are blowouts and a fresh haircut, but also loves highlights, colors, and finishing with a beautiful style. However, while she’s always looking to improve, she is also excited to learn more. Lexi is looking forward to meeting new people and getting to know anyone in her chair.
